AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: These rules (the “Official Rules”) are the official rules governing the operation of the Contest. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, the Official Rules shall govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

CONTEST START AND END TIMES: The Contest will start at 9:00 AM (ET) on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, and end at 11:59 PM (ET) on Monday, June 30, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). Each “day” of the Contest Period is defined as 12:00 AM (ET) - 11:59 PM (ET).

Subject to applicable law and/or any required regulatory approval, the Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or time frames stipulated in the Official Rules to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance with the Official Rules.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, (i) for every $500 in MLB cash wagers that settle (win or lose), players will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing (the “Drawing”); (ii) for every $5,000 in settled cash wagers on theScore Casino, players will receive one (1) entry into the Drawing; and/or (iii) you may mail-in a request for one (1) free entry for the Drawing during the Contest Period to the Sponsor using the address listed herein (25 Queens Quay East, 9th Floor, Toronto, ON, Canada, M5A 0Z6). Mail-in entries must reference this contest and be mailed within the Contest Period to be eligible. Players can earn a maximum of three (3) entries each day of the Contest Period. PRIZE:
Grand Prize. The first two (2) players selected through the Drawing will each win a grand prize (a “Grand Prize”) consisting of the following: (i) an exclusive Toronto Blue Jays experience on July 8, 2025, for themselves and one (1) guest. The Toronto Blue Jays experience includes the opportunity to participate in group baseball skills instruction with other guests, provided by player alumni of the Team at Rogers Centre, starting at approximately 11:00 a.m. and ending at approximately 6:00 p.m.
Secondary Prize. The next four (4) players selected through the Drawing will each win a secondary prize (a “Secondary Prize”) consisting of two (2) Baseline Box tickets for themselves and one (1) guest to the Toronto Blue Jays home game on August 1, 2025.
Entry Prizes. If a player earns at least one (1) entry on fifteen (15) or more days during the Contest Period, they will receive a $150 Jays ShopTM gift card (a “15-Day Entry Prize”), such gift card being subject to the terms and conditions associated with its use. If a player earns at least one (1) entry on all twenty (20) days during the Contest Period, they will receive a $250 Jays Shop gift card (a “20-Day Entry Prize”), such gift card being subject to the terms and conditions associated with its use.
The Drawing will be completed within 72 hours of the conclusion of the Contest Period, and the winners will be determined using a random number generator. The estimated retail value of each Grand Prize is $2,500. The estimated retail value of each Secondary Prize is $490. The estimated retail value of each 15-Day Entry Prize is $150. The estimated retail value of each 30-Day Entry Prize is $250. No travel and accommodation arrangements will be made by the Sponsor. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of any cancellation or delay or any weather or ground transportation issues that prevent the Prize Winners and their respective guests from traveling, in which event any missed portion of the Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see bluejays.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each Prize Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. CONTACTING PRIZE WINNERS: Each Prize Winner will have two (2) business days to accept the Prize after being contacted by the Sponsor. Prize Winners will be contacted via the email associated with their theScore Bet account. The odds of winning a Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. To be declared a Prize Winner, each selected eligible entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question by phone or email and without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE PRIZE WINNER: Sponsor may require each Prize Winner and his or her guest to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release as a precondition to the award of the Prize. If a Prize Winner and/or his or her guest fail to sign and return the requested documents to Sponsor, that Prize Winner may be disqualified, and the Prize will thereafter be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner from the remaining valid entries using the procedure specified above.
NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER: Each Prize Winner will be notified via electronic mail (via the email address on file on their eligible theScore Bet account) within two (2) days of the applicable Drawing or during the Contest Period. If the selected entrant: (i) cannot be contacted within two (2) days of the first attempted notification; (ii) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (iii) fails to execute and return to Sponsor the declaration and release of liability and publicity forms for the selected entrant and guest within the time period indicated on such forms; and/or (iv) cannot accept the Prize as awarded for any reason whatsoever; then the Prize will be forfeited. In the event that the Prize is forfeited, the Sponsor will, time permitting (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion), select an alternate eligible entrant as the potential winner of the Prize using the same procedure specified above.

MISCELLANEOUS: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, electronic or telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Sponsor, the entrants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest; or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions or downloading, that may limit, delay or prevent an entrant’s ability to participate in the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest and award a prize from entries received up to the time of termination or suspension should virus, bugs or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, unauthorized human intervention, malfunction, computer problems, phone line or network hardware or software malfunction, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt, compromise or materially affect the administration, fairness, security or proper play of the Contest or proper submission of entries.
All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, valid government issued photo identification) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
If it is discovered by the Sponsor that any person has or has attempted to: (i) submit more than the maximum number of entries specified in the Official Rules, and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities and/or more than one electronic mail address to enter the Contest, then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest and all of his/her entries voided.
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify, from this Contest and any future Contest or other promotion conducted by Sponsor, any individual that they find or believe to not be in compliance with the Official Rules; to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any website pertaining to the Contest; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
