- Entries received before or after the Contest Period is void. theScore Bet’s computer is the official time- keeping device for the Contest. Subject to applicable law and/or any required regulatory approval, the Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or time frames stipulated in the Official Rules to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance with the Official Rules.
HOW TO ENTER: During each Entry Period, (i) for every $50 in cash wagers that settle (win or lose) you will receive one (1) Leaderboard Point into the leaderboard for that Entry Period (the “Leaderboard”); (ii) for every $50 in settled cash wagers on MLB markets, players will earn three (3) Leaderboard Points into the Leaderboard for that Entry Period; (iii) for every $50 in cash wagers on Blue Jays Blackjack (win or lose) you will receive three (3) Leaderboard Points towards the Leaderboard for that Entry Period; and/or (iv) you may mail-in a request for one (1) free entry for the Prize Draw for that Entry Period to the Sponsor using the address listed herein (mail-in entries must reference this contest and be mailed within Entry Period to be eligible). All entries must be completed and received before the end of the Entry Period to be eligible for the Prize Draw. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to theScore Bet is up-to-date and accurate. PRIZE: The Top Five (5) Players from each weekly Leaderboard and five (5) players selected from the Prize Draw during each Entry Period will win a ticket prize to an upcoming 2025 Toronto Blue Jays regular season home game. Each Prize winner (a “Prize Winner”) will receive two (2) tickets for the winner and one (1) guest to an upcoming 2025 Toronto Blue Jays home game in either the 300 level premium seating and restaurant area or the Baseline Box section in the Rogers CentreTM dependent on the prize structure listed below (selected by theScore Bet) and one (1) single Bonus Bet on their theScore Bet account valued at $100 for use on any available game, match, and event available on theScore Bet Sportsbook. The estimated retail value for each Prize is $345 CAD. The total estimated value of all Prizes for the Contest is up to

Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of any cancellation or delay or any weather or ground transportation issues that prevent the Prize Winners and their respective guests from traveling, in which event any missed portion of the Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. All other expenses not specified herein, including, but not limited to, meals, beverages, hotel activities, minibar fees, gratuities, incidentals, service charges, surcharges, rental car and travel insurance, change-of-ticket fees, unspecified taxes, and other transportation are the sole responsibility of each Prize Winner and/or their guest. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. CONTACTING PRIZE WINNERS: Each Prize Winner will have two (2) business days to accept the Prize after being contacted by the Sponsor. Prize Winners will be contacted via the email associated with their theScore Bet account. The odds of winning a Prize Draw depend on the number of eligible entries received for that Entry Period. To be declared a Prize Winner, each selected eligible entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question by phone or email and without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE PRIZE WINNER: Sponsor may require each Prize Winner and his or her guest to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release as a precondition to the award of the Prize. If a Prize Winner and/or his or her guest fail to sign and return the requested documents to Sponsor, that Prize Winner may be disqualified, and the Prize will thereafter be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner from the remaining valid entries using the procedure specified above.
NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER: Each Prize Winner will be notified via electronic mail (via the email address on file on their eligible theScore Bet account) within two (2) days of the applicable Prize Draw or during the Contest Period. If the selected entrant: (i) cannot be contacted within two (2) days of the first attempted notification; (ii) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (iii) fails to execute and return to Sponsor the declaration and release of liability and publicity forms for the selected entrant and guest within the time period indicated on such forms; and/or (iv) cannot accept the Prize as awarded for any reason whatsoever; then the Prize will be forfeited. In the event that the Prize is forfeited, the Sponsor will, time permitting (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion), select an alternate eligible entrant as the potential winner of the Prize using the same procedure specified above.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, electronic or telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Sponsor, the entrants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest; or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions or downloading, that may limit, delay or prevent an entrant’s ability to participate in the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest and award a prize from entries received up to the time of termination or suspension should virus, bugs or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, unauthorized human intervention, malfunction, computer problems, phone line or network hardware or software malfunction, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt, compromise or materially affect the administration, fairness, security or proper play of the Contest or proper submission of entries.
All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, valid government issued photo identification) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
If it is discovered by the Sponsor that any person has or has attempted to: (i) submit more than the maximum number of entries specified in the Official Rules, and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities and/or more than one electronic mail address to enter the Contest, then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest and all of his/her entries voided.
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify, from this Contest and any future Contest or other promotion conducted by Sponsor, any individual that they find or believe to not be in compliance with the Official Rules; to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any website pertaining to the Contest; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
