Operational Jurisdictions

This is a list of jurisdictions where Score Media and Gaming Inc. (“theScore Bet”) is authorized to offer the Services (as defined in the Terms of Use at https://thescore.bet/legal/terms (“Terms of Use”)) to you. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

In the jurisdictions listed below, theScore Bet offers Services to you pursuant to commercial agreements with “Market Access Partners” or “Conduct and Manage” entities, and subject to the oversight, regulatory requirements, and licensing/registration conditions of the applicable “Gaming Authorities”. Your use of the Services in each jurisdiction listed below is subject to all laws and regulations applicable to such jurisdictions, the jurisdiction specific terms for each jurisdiction (each a “Jurisdiction Terms”), and the Governing Documents (as defined in the Terms of Use).

Each of the jurisdictions listed above are a “Permitted Jurisdiction” as the term is defined in the Terms of Use.
