If you’re wagering in New Jersey and you feel you have exhausted all reasonable means to resolve your complaint you may fill out the New Jersey Division of Gaming Internet Dispute Form.
If you’re wagering in Indiana and you feel you have exhausted all reasonable means to resolve your complaint directly with theScore Bet, you may contact the Indiana Gaming Commission by emailing: SWPC@igc.IN.gov.
If you’re wagering in Colorado and feel you have exhausted all reasonable means to resolve your complaint directly with theScore Bet, you may fill out the Colorado Division of Gaming’s Complaint Gaming Patron Form.
If you’re wagering in Iowa and feel you have exhausted all reasonable means to resolve your complaint directly with theScore Bet, you may fill out the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission form.

You can view your Transaction History/Account Statement by visiting the ‘My Account’ page and selecting ‘Account History’.
Underage Gambling
Underage gambling is a criminal offense and anyone who facilitates someone under the age of 21 to gamble is committing a criminal offense and shall be prohibited from Internet gaming.
Unauthorized Use
Patrons are prohibited from allowing any other individual(s) to access or use their internet/mobile gaming account.
Patrons are responsible for configuring their client terminal's auto-lock feature to protect the client terminal from unauthorized use.
Federal Prohibitions and Restrictions
Please be advised of several Federal prohibitions and restrictions regarding internet gaming including but not limited to;
any limitations upon Internet gaming as set forth in 18 U.S.C. §§ 1084 et seq. (The Wire Act) and 31 U.S.C. §§ 3163 through 3167 (UIEGA).
It is a Federal offense for persons physically located outside of the applicable Permitted Jurisdiction (as that term is defined in the Terms of Use) to engage in Internet wagering through a casino or Internet gaming app associated with that Permitted Jurisdiction.
Should the mobile device be removed from the state boundaries of the Permitted Jurisdiction you will no longer be able to place bets.
