Operational States
This is a list of jurisdictions in which Score Digital Sports Ventures Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “SDSVI”) are authorized to offer the Services (as defined in the Terms of Use at https://thescore.bet/legal/terms (“Terms of Use”)) to you. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
In the states listed below in which the Services are offered by SDSVI to you, the Services are offered under agreements with each respective “Market Access Partners”, pursuant to the oversight, regulatory requirements, and licensing of the respective “State Gaming Authorities”. The use of the Services in each state listed below is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of such state, the State specific terms listed for each state (each a “State Terms”), and the Governing Documents (as defined in the Terms of Use).

Each of the jurisdictions listed above are a “Permitted Jurisdiction” as the term is defined in the Terms of Use.
