ELIGIBILITY: TO BE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER AND TO WIN, YOU MUST (i) BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF ONTARIO, CANADA; (ii) BE OF AT LEAST 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY; (iii) BE PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN THE PROVINCE ONTARIO; AND (iv) HAVE A VALID AND ACTIVE THESCORE BET ACCOUNT.
You are not eligible to enter or win if you are: (a) an employee, director, officer, or contractor of any of the following: either of the Sponsor (as defined below), the MLB Entities (defined below), each of their affiliates and related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, the contest judging organization, or any participating prize suppliers; or (b) a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons listed. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: These rules (the “Official Rules”) are the official rules governing the operation of the Contest. By entering this Contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entries that do not meet the requirements for participation as established by Sponsor. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, the Official Rules shall govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

CONTEST START AND END TIMES: The Contest will start at 12:00 am (ET) on Friday, March 29, 2024 and end at 11:59 pm (ET) on Friday, August 30, 2024 (the “Contest Period”). Each Monday during the Contest Period, there will be a random drawing to select two (2) winners (the “Weekly Drawing”). There will be twenty-three (23) total Weekly Drawings during the Contest Period, and the final Weekly Drawing for the Contest will occur on or after September 2, 2024.
Entries received before or after the Contest Period are void. theScore Bet’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. Subject to applicable law and/or any required regulatory approval, the Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or time frames stipulated in the Official Rules to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance with the Official Rules.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, (i) for every $10 in pregame straight cash wagers that settle (win or lose) on the “Baseline Box Special” exclusive market(s) available on theScore Bet each Friday in the Toronto Blue Jays matchup pages, you will receive one (1) entry into the Weekly Drawing for that week; and/or (ii) you may mail-in a request for a free entry for the Weekly Drawing to the Sponsor using the address listed herein (mail-in entries must reference this contest and be mailed within Contest Period to be eligible). All Entries must be completed and received before the end of the Contest Period to be eligible for the prize drawing. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to theScore Bet is up-to-date and accurate. Use (or attempted use) of any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Contest is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification by the Sponsor. Standard data rates may apply. Check your service provider plan for your rates and fees. A maximum of five (5) entries per Weekly Drawing per Participant using both methods. First five (5) eligible entries from a Participant received by Sponsor each Week will be used for that Week’s Weekly Drawing.
PRIZE: Each randomly selected eligible participant (a “Prize Winner”) will receive two (2) baseline box tickets for winner and one (1) guest to an upcoming 2024 Toronto Blue Jays home game (selected by theScore Bet) and a single Bonus Bet on their theScore Bet account valued at $100 for use on any available game, match, and event available on theScore Bet Sportsbook (collectively defined as the “Prize”). Two (2) Prize Winners in total will be drawn from all eligible entries on Monday’s for each Weekly Drawing. There are twenty-three (23) Weekly Drawings in total during the Contest Period. The estimated retail value for each Prize is $487.70 CAD. The total estimated value of all Prizes for the Contest is $22,434.20 CAD during the Contest Period. No travel and accommodation arrangements will be made by the Sponsor. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of any cancellation or delay or any weather or ground transportation issues that prevent the Prize Winners and their respective guests from traveling, in which event any missed portion of the Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. All other expenses not specified herein, including, but not limited to, meals, beverages, hotel activities, minibar fees, gratuities, incidentals, service charges, surcharges, rental car and travel insurance, change-of-ticket fees, unspecified taxes, and other transportation are the sole responsibility of each Prize Winner and/or his or her guest. Sponsor makes no warranties or disclaimers concerning the Prize beyond those customarily given by the supplier of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the Prize for a prize of equivalent monetary value if the Prize or any part of the Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value of the Prize and the actual retail value of the Prize will not be awarded. The Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, not for resale and will be awarded to the confirmed Prize Winners only.
Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see bluejays.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each Prize Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each Prize Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see bluejays.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Prize Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Participation in the prize event is subject to winner’s (and guest’s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities, including but not limited to the wearing of masks if and when directed and the requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., having received a final vaccination dose at least 14 days prior to the event), as applicable.
SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNER: The Prize Winners will be selected by a random draw from among all eligible entries within three (3) business days of the conclusion of each eligible Promotion Period. Prize Winners will have two (2) business days to accept the Prize after being contacted by the Sponsor. The odds of winning each Weekly Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for that week. To be declared a winner of a Prize, each selected eligible entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question by phone or email and without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE PRIZE WINNER: Sponsor may require each Prize Winner and his or her guest to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release as a precondition to the award of the Prize. If a Prize Winner and/or his or her guest fail to sign and return the requested documents to Sponsor, that Prize Winner may be disqualified, and the Prize will thereafter be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner from the remaining valid entries using the procedure specified above.
NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER: Each Prize Winner will be notified via electronic mail (via the email address on file on their eligible theScore Bet account) within two (2) days of the applicable Weekly Drawing during the Contest Period. If the selected entrant: (i) cannot be contacted within two (2) days of the first attempted notification; (ii) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (iii) fails to execute and return to Sponsor the declaration and release of liability and publicity forms for the selected entrant and guest within the time period indicated on such forms; and/or (iv) cannot accept the Prize as awarded for any reason whatsoever; then the Prize will be forfeited. In the event that the Prize is forfeited, the Sponsor will, time permitting (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion), select an alternate eligible entrant as the potential winner of the Prize using the same procedure specified above.

DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the Province of Ontario, without regards to the conflict of laws principles.

MISCELLANEOUS
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, electronic or telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Sponsor, the entrants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest; or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions or downloading, that may limit, delay or prevent an entrant’s ability to participate in the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest and award a prize from entries received up to the time of termination or suspension should virus, bugs or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, unauthorized human intervention, malfunction, computer problems, phone line or network hardware or software malfunction, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt, compromise or materially affect the administration, fairness, security or proper play of the Contest or proper submission of entries.
All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, valid government issued photo identification) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
If it is discovered by the Sponsor that any person has or has attempted to: (i) submit more than the maximum number of entries specified in the Official Rules, and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities and/or more than one electronic mail address to enter the Contest, then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest and all of his/her entries voided.
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify, from this Contest and any future Contest or other promotion conducted by Sponsor, any individual that they find or believe to not be in compliance with the Official Rules; to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any website pertaining to the Contest; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
