The “Jacked Up Blue Jays: AL Wild Card” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet, which can be viewed at thescore.bet/legal/promo-terms, and the following:
Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 19 years of age or older. Participants must be physically located in the province of Ontario. Participants must have a valid payment method to fund their account. Participants must have a valid and active theScore Bet account.
Promotion Period:
The Promotion will start on Thursday, October 6, 2022 and end on Sunday, October 9, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion may be redeemed only one (1) time for each eligible TOR Blue Jays game during the Promotion Period.
Qualifying Action:
Participants must place a pregame straight cash bet of $50 or more on the “Jacked Up Blue Jays” special market, located in the “Specials” section of the TOR Blue Jays matchup page, for any game in the SEA Mariners vs. TOR Blue Jays series (playing on October 7, 8, & 9) (“Qualifying Bet”) during the Promotion Period to qualify for the Promotion. To qualify for the Promotion Reward (as defined below), the TOR Blue Jays must hit at least one (1) home run and/or a grand slam in the game and the Qualifying Bet must settle (win or lose). Participants who settle the Qualifying Bet using the “Cash Out” feature will not receive the Promotion Reward. In accordance with the Promotion Terms, if the Qualifying Bet is deemed “No Action” in accordance with the Betting Rules (at thescore.bet/help/house-rules), then the Promotion Reward will not be awarded. Opt-in is not required. A parlay cash bet will not qualify. A live cash bet will not qualify. A cash bet on the moneyline, spread &/or total will not qualify. A bet placed using a Free Bet will not qualify.
Promotion Reward:
The “Promotion Reward” is a single Free Bet valued at $10 for every home run and $50 in Free Bets (5 x $10 Free Bets) for every grand slam the TOR Blue Jays hit in the game, up to a maximum Free Bet value of $100. The Promotion Reward must be used within seven (7) days of receiving it. The Promotion Reward is non-transferable. The Promotion Reward cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promotion Reward cannot be withdrawn. The Promotion Reward cannot be cashed out. The Promotion Reward is limited to one (1) per account.
Promotion Example #1:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet, the Qualifying Bet settles (win or lose), and the TOR Blue Jays hit two (2) home runs, the Participant will receive two (2) Free Bets each valued at $10, for a total value of $20 in Free Bets.
Promotion Example #2:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet, the Qualifying Bet settles (win or lose), and the TOR Blue Jays hit two (2) home runs and one (1) grand slam, the Participant will receive seven (7) Free Bets each valued at $10, for a total value of $70 in Free Bets.
Promotion Example #3:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet, the Qualifying Bet settles (win or lose), and the TOR Blue Jays do not hit a home run or a grand slam, the Participant will not receive the Promotion Reward.
Promotion Example #4:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet and the TOR Blue Jays hit two (2) home runs but the Qualifying Bet was settled using the “Cash Out” feature, the Participant will not receive the Promotion Reward.
Promotion Exclusions:
The Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion unless otherwise specified. VIP-designated players are not eligible for this Promotion.
