The “RBCCO: Top 5 Protection” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet, which can be viewed at thescore.bet/legal/promo-terms, and the following:
Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 19 years of age or older. Participants must be physically located in the province of Ontario. Participants must have a valid payment method to fund their account. Participants must have a valid and active theScore Bet account.
Promotion Period:
The Promotion will start on Monday, June 6, 2022 and end on Thursday, June 9, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion may be redeemed only one (1) time during the Promotion Period.
Qualifying Action:
Participants must place a straight cash bet of $1.25 or more on the “Outright Winner (Odds To Win)” market for the 2022 RBC Canadian Open (Thursday, June 9, 2022 to Sunday, June 12, 2022) before the tournament begins (“Qualifying Bet”) during the Promotion Period to qualify for the Promotion. To qualify for the Promotion Reward (as defined below), the player selected in the Qualifying Bet must lose the tournament but successfully record a top 5 finish in the tournament (including tiebreakers), and the Qualifying Bet must settle as a loss. The first Qualifying Bet made during the Promotion Period will be used to determine the value of the Promotion Reward. Participants who settle the Qualifying Bet using the “Cash Out” feature will not receive the Promotion Reward. In accordance with the Promotion Terms, if the Qualifying Bet is deemed “No Action” in accordance with the Betting Rules (at thescore.bet/help/house-rules), then the Promotion Reward will not be awarded. Opt-in is not required. A cash bet that includes a boosted odds or special market will not qualify. A parlay cash bet will not qualify. An in-play cash bet will not qualify.
Promotion Reward:
The “Promotion Reward” is a single Free Bet valued at 100% of the Qualifying Bet amount, up to a maximum Free Bet value of $25. The Promotion Reward can be used on any Sportsbook market up to a maximum of +300 odds. The Promotion Reward must be used within seven (7) days of receiving it. The Promotion Reward is non-transferable. The Promotion Reward cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promotion Reward cannot be withdrawn. The Promotion Reward cannot be cashed out. The Promotion Reward is limited to one (1) per account.
Promotion Example #1:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet of $25, the player selected in the Qualifying Bet loses the tournament but successfully records a top 5 finish in the tournament (including tiebreakers), and the Qualifying Bet settles as a loss, the Participant will receive a single Free Bet valued at $25.
Promotion Example #2:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet of $25, the player selected in the Qualifying Bet loses the tournament but successfully finishes in 5th in a 5-way tiebreaker, with one (1) player finishing in 1st, two (2) players finishing tied in 2nd, and one (1) player finishing in 4th, and the Qualifying Bet settles as a loss, the Participant will receive a single Free Bet valued at $25.
Promotion Example #3:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet of $25, the player selected in the Qualifying Bet loses the tournament but finishes in 6th, with one (1) player finishing in 1st, three (3) players finishing tied in 2nd, and one (1) player finishing in 5th, and the Qualifying Bet settles as a loss, the Participant will not receive the Promotion Reward.
Promotion Example #4:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet of $100, the player selected in the Qualifying Bet loses the tournament but successfully records a top 5 finish in the tournament (including tiebreakers), and the Qualifying Bet is settled using the “Cash Out” feature, the Participant will not receive the Promotion Reward.
Promotion Exclusions:
The Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion unless otherwise specified. VIP-designated players are not eligible for this Promotion.
