The “American Roulette Live: $5 Protection” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet, which can be viewed at thescore.bet/legal/promo-terms, and the following:
Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 19 years of age or older. Participants must be physically located in the province of Ontario. Participants must have a valid payment method to fund their account. Participants must have a valid and active theScore Bet account.
Promotion Period:
The Promotion will start on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 and end on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion may be redeemed only one (1) time during the Promotion Period.
Qualifying Action:
Participants must place a single cash bet of $20 or more on American Roulette Live (“Qualifying Bet”) during the Promotion Period to qualify for the Promotion. To qualify for the Promotion Reward (as defined below), the Qualifying Bet must settle as a loss. The first Qualifying Bet made during the Promotion Period will be used to determine the Promotion Reward. Opt-in is not required.
Promotion Reward:
The “Promotion Reward” is a single Free Bet valued at $5. The Promotion Reward must be used within seven (7) days of receiving it. The Promotion Reward is non-transferable. The Promotion Reward cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promotion Reward cannot be withdrawn. The Promotion Reward cannot be cashed out. The Promotion Reward is limited to one (1) per account.
Promotion Example #1:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet and the Qualifying Bet settles as a loss, the Participant will receive a single Free Bet valued at $5.
Promotion Example #2:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet and the Qualifying Bet settles as a win, the Participant will not receive the Promotion Reward.
Promotion Exclusions:
The Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion unless otherwise specified. VIP-designated players are not eligible for this Promotion.
