The “Winner’s Circle: TOR Raptors” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet, which can be viewed at thescore.bet/legal/promo-terms, and the following:
Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 19 years of age or older. Participants must be physically located in the province of Ontario. Participants must have a valid payment method to fund their account. Participants must have a valid and active theScore Bet account.
Promotion Period:
The Promotion will start and end on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 7:30pm ET (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion may be redeemed only one (1) time during the Promotion Period.
Qualifying Action:
Participants must place a straight cash bet of $100 or more on the “Winner’s Circle - Fred VanVleet & Pascal Siakam Each To Score Over 17.5 Points”, located in the “Specials” section of the TOR Raptors vs. PHI 76ers matchup page, before Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 7:30pm ET (“Qualifying Bet”) and during the Promotion Period, to qualify for the Promotion. To qualify for the Promotion Merchandise (as defined below), the Qualifying Bet must settle as a win. Participants who settle the Qualifying Bet using the “Cash Out” feature will not receive the Promotion Reward. In accordance with the Promotion Terms, if the Qualifying Bet is deemed “No Action” in accordance with the Betting Rules (at thescore.bet/help/house-rules), then the Promotion Reward will not be awarded. Opt-in is not required. A parlay cash bet will not qualify. A live cash bet will not qualify. A bet placed using a Free Bet will not qualify. A cash bet on the main moneyline, spread or total will not qualify.
Promotion Merchandise:
The “Promotion Merchandise'' is an exclusive “Winner’s Circle” hoodie from theScore Bet. Participants will receive a “Coupon Code” via email within ninety-six (96) hours of the Qualifying Bet settling as a win. The Coupon Code can be redeemed on theScore’s merchandise storefront. The Coupon Code must be redeemed within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The Promotion Merchandise is non-transferable. The Promotion Merchandise may not be redeemed for cash. The Promotion Merchandise is limited to one (1) per account.
Promotion Example #1:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet and the Qualifying Bet settles as a win, the Participant will receive a Coupon Code to order the Promotion Merchandise.
Promotion Example #2:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet and the Qualifying Bet does not settle as a win, the Participant will not receive a Coupon Code to order the Promotion Merchandise.
Promotion Example #3:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet but the Qualifying Bet was settled using the “Cash Out” feature, the Participant will not receive a Coupon Code to order the Promotion Merchandise.
Promotion Exclusions:
The Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion unless otherwise specified. VIP-designated players are not eligible for this Promotion.
