The “Golden Boot Special” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet, which can be viewed at thescore.bet/legal/promo-terms, and the following:
Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 19 years of age or older. Participants must be physically located in the province of Ontario. Participants must have a valid payment method to fund their account. Participants must have a valid and active theScore Bet account.
Promotion Period:
The Promotion will start on Friday, November 18, 2022 and end on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at 11:00am ET (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion may be redeemed only one (1) time during the Promotion Period.
Qualifying Action:
Participants must place a pre-tournament straight cash bet of $25 or more on the “Top Goalscorer” futures market for the World Cup tournament (“Qualifying Bet”) during the Promotion Period to qualify for the Promotion. To qualify for the Promotion Reward (as defined below), the Qualifying Bet must settle (win or lose). Participants who settle the Qualifying Bet using the “Cash Out” feature will not receive the Promotion Reward. In accordance with the Promotion Terms, if the Qualifying Bet is deemed “No Action” in accordance with the Betting Rules (at thescore.bet/help/house-rules), then the Promotion Reward will not be awarded. Opt-in is not required. A parlay cash bet will not qualify. A bet placed using a Free Bet will not qualify.
Promotion Reward:
The “Promotion Reward” is a single Free Bet valued at $5 for every goal the selected player in the Qualifying Bet scores throughout the World Cup tournament, up to a maximum value of $50 in Free Bets (i.e. up to a maximum of ten (10) total goals). The Promotion Reward must be used within seven (7) days of receiving it. The Promotion Reward is non-transferable. The Promotion Reward cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promotion Reward cannot be withdrawn. The Promotion Reward cannot be cashed out. The Promotion Reward is limited to one (1) per account. The Promotion Reward will be credited at the conclusion of the World Cup tournament.
Promotion Example #1:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet, the Qualifying Bet settles (win or lose), and the selected player in the Qualifying Bet scores four (4) goals throughout the World Cup tournament, the Participant will receive four (4) single Free Bets, each valued at $5, for a total Free Bets value of $20.
Promotion Example #2:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet, the Qualifying Bet settles (win or lose), and the selected player in the Qualifying Bet scores eleven (11) goals throughout the World Cup tournament, the Participant will receive ten (10) single Free Bets, each valued at $5, for a total Free Bets value of $50.
Promotion Example #3:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet and the Qualifying Bet is settled using the “Cash Out” feature, the Participant will not receive the Promotion Reward.
Promotion Exclusions:
The Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion unless otherwise specified. VIP-designated players are not eligible for this Promotion.
